Here is a step by step guide to our process.
- Client Consultation – We listen.
We meet with the clients to understand their vision and needs, to view and assess the site and take its measurements.
- Product Design – We know how to design
We produce a design layout – from floor plan to full 3D colour pictures – for the clients to preview and evaluate and to provide us with their feedback. If any changes are required, we will adjust the layout accordingly.
- Quotation – We give options and work within budgets
When the design has been approved, we will draw up a complete quotation which will include all components and essential fittings.
- Installation – Supervisor quality, experienced fitters
This will only begin once the final quotation has been accepted. Only once the deposit has been paid – if standard materials are used, the lead time is 10-15 working days but for duco, veneers, solids and custom designs, the lead time will be 15 to 25 days. Only our preferred installers are permitted to install our custom-designed products. They work under the supervision of a main installer and use only professional wood-working tools to ensure the superior quality of their craftsmanship and finishes.
Any building alterations i.e. breaking, stripping, plumbing and electrics will be done by professionals who have their own guarantees for their own workmanship.
- Final Inspection
A senior consultant from our team will conduct a final inspection to ensure that the installation meets our strict standards and that the workmanship is of a superior quality.
Do’s and Don’ts
